Cancel your service.
No phone call to sit through and nobody to talk you out of it. Fill this in and a real person picks it up. You get the confirmation in writing straight away, and we tell you plainly whether anything is outstanding.
Or call (208) 352-2899 if you would rather do it by phone. Either way counts.
What happens when you cancel
Once your site is live, cancelling before your 12-month term is up settles the whole months left on the term at $159 each, and your site files become yours once that payment clears and you have signed the short delivery receipt we send you. If your site is not live yet there is nothing to settle: the guarantee covers you instead, and everything you have paid comes back. After the first year it is month-to-month with 30 days notice and no fee. Once your site is live, cancelling stops future charges rather than refunding what you have already paid. We confirm every cancellation in writing.
Two things worth knowing before you send it, because most people are surprised by the first one:
- Cancelling inside your first year and owning your site are the same thing. Settling the whole months left on the term is what hands the files over. You are not paying for months of nothing; you are paying off the redesign you are taking with you.
- You do not have to leave to own it. Settling costs exactly the same whether you go or stay, and staying keeps your site hosted and looked after for the rest of the year you have already paid for. If that is what you actually want, say so in the box below and we will set it up that way instead.
Our published cancellation method, for the record: “To cancel, use the cancellation form on our website or call (208) 352-2899, and we confirm it in writing.” That is this form, and this is us confirming it.
Your site stays live through any period you have already paid for. Your domain, your content, your photos, your reviews, your customer data and your Google Business Profile are yours throughout and are not affected by cancelling.
Tell us who you are and we will take it from there.
